Terms of Sale & Refunds

1. Seller

2. What you buy

Rejee is pay-as-you-go. You buy prepaid credit and it is used as you use the service: streaming minutes (by resolution), viewer minutes on watch pages and embeds, recording storage and any other metered item shown on the pricing page. There are no subscriptions and every feature is available to every account.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and in the app before you pay. Where value added tax or a similar tax applies, it is shown before payment. Prices can change for future usage; credit you already bought keeps its value.

4. Payment

You pay by card through our payment provider. Your card details go directly to the provider; we never see or store full card numbers. A purchase is complete when the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Credit is added to your workspace balance immediately after the payment is confirmed, and you receive a receipt by email. New workspaces receive free trial credit, which has no cash value.

6. Using credit

Usage is deducted from your balance as it happens. Before a stream starts we check that the balance is sufficient; if it runs out during a stream, you are warned, the stream continues for a short grace period and then stops. Purchased credit does not expire while your account is open.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, Türkiye or another country with a cooling-off right, you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because credit is a digital service that starts as soon as you use it, by using purchased credit you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends for the part you have used. Unused purchased credit can still be refunded within the 14 days.

8. Refunds

• Unused purchased credit: refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the purchase.
• On closing your account: you may ask for a refund of unused purchased credit; we refund it after deducting any amounts you owe.
• Trial and promotional credit is not refundable.
• Service problems: if a stream fails because of a fault on our side, we credit the affected minutes back to your balance.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of our approval; your bank may take a few more days.

9. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from your account email with the workspace name and the payment date. We confirm receipt and answer within 5 working days.

10. Consumers in Türkiye

If you live in Türkiye and buy as a consumer, the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation also apply to you as far as they are mandatory. You can bring complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court for your place of residence within the monetary limits set each year.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, without taking away the mandatory protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
